How to access the digital print?
1. On a PC or Laptop (Desktop)
Sign in to Etsy.com on your computer.
Click on your Profile Picture icon (or the "You" icon) in the top right corner.
Select Purchases and reviews from the dropdown menu.
Find the order you bought.
To the right of the order, click the button that says Download Files.
Note: If your payment is still processing, the button will be gray and say "Preparing for download." Refresh the page after a few minutes.
This takes you to the "Downloads" page. Click the Download button next to each individual file to save it to your computer.
2. On a Mobile Device (iPhone or Android)
You cannot download files using the Etsy App. If you try, you won't see the download button.
