Can I get a refund on digital downloads?

Unfortunately due to the nature of digital downloads, I can not offer a refund, but if there is an issue please don't hesitate to message me and I will see how I can make you happy ^-^

Can I cancell a custom art commission order?

If I havent started yet, yes! you are more than welcome to cancel a commission. Please message me first to start a refund.

If I already started?
Depending how far I am in the refund will determine the percentage of refund you will receive. As this is to cover the amount of time I have spent on the piece.
Finished sketch - 90% Refund
Lineart - 75% Refund
Flat Color - 30% Refund
Full color and shaded- No Refund

I will try to work with you to make sure you are happy with your commission. And will send plenty of updates so you can verify and approve the work at every step of the way to avoid any major issues!
