Shipping Estimates
Shipping estimates provided by Etsy are just that estimates. We do not guarantee that the shipping companies will meet those estimates. No refunds are given if a package is delivered later than the listed estimated delivery date
How do I enter the text I would like engraved?
You enter your text in the personalization box. The personalization box will say how many lines and how many characters per line are offered for that item. Follow the example.
Line One: Your Text
Line Two: Your Text
Etc.
We set the limits for what looks best. Just remember the shorter the text the larger the text can be. If you go over by a few characters the text will be smaller than normal. If you go over by a lot of character we will not be able to engrave your order until a shorter version is submit.
How do I enter what design I want engraved?
This information goes in the personalization box. It needs to be entered as follows:
Design: EXACT DESIGN NAME
The exact design name can be found in our design graphic image which is located by the main product photo. Each design option available will have a design name next to it. This is the information we need. Entering a manufacturer name, model number or any generic description will not be accept. We will send you a message asking for the exact design name and you item will not be engraved until we receive it. If you are unsure of which design to select we recommend comparing each design to a photo of the item you are trying to match.
If you DO NOT enter a design the design shown on the sample item in the main product will be used
