Do you accept custom and personalized orders?
Yes, we specialize in personalized and custom orders! Many of the items in our shop are personalized. If you have any questions, please message us through 'contact' at the top of our shop page.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All of our items are made-to-order just for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please message us through the 'contact' link at the top of our shop page if you have any questions before placing an order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item(s) arrive damaged due to shipping, please message us right away with a picture of the item and the order number. We will work with you to refund or replace the damaged item!
What can I put on the engraved candle lid?
We can print a name or a short phrase. Text is curved around the lid, so more characters will print smaller
We CANNOT print symbols
Print will be in ALL CAPS like the photos.
Shipping time
Once an item ships, it will get to you via USPS in about 2 to 5 days, or slightly longer during busy holiday seasons .
Do you offer gift messages?
We do not currently offer gift messages.
Leaving a 'note to seller' does not ensure that we are able to send a message.
Please reach out separately to the gift recipient to let them know a gift is on the way!
We hope to be able to add gift messages in the future!
Can I cancel an order once it's placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it's placed.
Your order is processed soon after you place it in order for us to maintain our quick processing times.

Can you print on the back of pendants?
No, at this time we cannot print on the back of pendants.
Is there a maximum number of birthstones or small/dainty pendants per item?
Yes! There is a maximum of 10 items per jewelry item. 10 birthstones or 10 dainty pendants or combination of 10 pendants/birthstones.
Can I purchase additional dainty pendants or birthstones for a necklace or bracelet I bought in the past?
Yes, you can purchase additional dainty pendants and/or birthstones.
