How to Download?
Downloads are available once your payment is complete. You will receive an email. Select View your files on Etsy to be taken to the Purchases (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases) section of your Etsy account to download files. If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase.
What do I need to use your templates?
In some cases nothing they only require you to download.
Other digital items may require a free Canva account via (www.canva.com). All digital items that require a free Canva account are displayed in the listing.
Are refunds or exchanges available?
Because all products in this shop are digital downloads, refunds and exchanges cannot be offered after purchase.
