What if i'm not happy with my item?

Please contact me before leaving any negative feedback, i will 100% try to resolve any issues.
I like my customers to be happy with their purchases.

Due to all items being handmade, the placements, size and colour of graphics might slightly differ from those that appear in the listings, this can be due to the design being PC generated, different lighting in photos, and colours showing different on different devices.
I try to show my items in photos as accurate as possible to the real items.

I always package my items well (mugs posted in smash proof boxes) to prevent breakage.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Photo proof MUST be obtained of the damaged item, along with photos of the original packaging in which it was sent, these photos are required to be forwarded to my inbox with details of the fault.
This must be done within 14 days of receiving the item.
If a return is accepted, the return of the item is then to be with in a further 14 days.
Refunds or returns can not be awarded without photo proof of damages.

What if i change my mind about my item?

If there is no fault with the item received then the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. The item needs to be returned in the new condition as it was received. Please send me photo proof of the condition of the item before returning.
The item needs to be packaged safely to avoid damage on return to me.
I will inform the customer when the return is received and access the condition of the item, if the item is in new condition as when sent, i will process the refund through Etsy, via your original payment method, within 3 working days.

Custom and personalised orders

I will always e-mail customers a pc generated sample of the design before proceeding with printing or creating the item for approval. If approved by customer, im not responsible for any changes wanted after approval of item given if its in the process of being made or finished.

Can i exchange or be refunded for personalised/custom/made to order items?

Personalised/custom made/made to order items can only be refunded or replaced if item is faulty. Photo proof must be obtained and forwarded to my inbox with details of the fault.
This policy is only for upto 28 days after purchase. To qualify for refund or replacement it is required that you contact me within 14 days of receiving your item to make me aware of the issue. The return of the item is then to be with in a further 14 days.
