Custom and personalized orders
All our items are custom, meaning they are made to order and are subject to the printer's schedule. Usually, shirts will be shipped under 5 business days, mugs under 6 business days. But it could take longer depending on the volume, especially during holidays.
Some orders require personalization, please read carefully (on the listing) how to provide personalization as incorrect communication may delay the order. In any case, if there is a problem we will reach out asap!

Care instructions
All apparels are machine washable.
All non color changing mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, we recommend hand washing them just to be safe.
All color changing mugs are microwave safe but should be washed by hand.
Holiday Schedule
All apparel (t-shirts, hoodie, tank-top - except the sleevless tanks), Will arrive before Xmas if ordered before December 12th for US standard shipping.
All other items (mugs, tumblers etc...) Should be ordered before December 10th.
There is a problem with the printing on my shirt / mug. What can I do?
Reach out to us asap! Include a picture of the item, if possible, and a quick description of what is wrong. We will do our best to make it right.
I want to cancel my order, how can I do?
Due to the nature of the products I offer (Made to order) I cannot cancel an order once it is processed and goes into production. Please make sure everything is correct (personalization) when you place your order. Items go into production usually by the end of the day, sometimes sooner during the holidays peak.
I want to return my order
I don't usually offer returns or exchanges but can sometimes make exceptions depending on the product. Returns or exchanges may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the item must be shipped back with tracking at the customer's expense. NO returns or exchanges for personalized products.
