Due to the Amount of Packages being lost, stolen or just delayed due to UPS and USPS, I cant count how many packages this year we had this happened, We switched our shipping to FEDEX.

Due to the Amount of Orders we get a week, We cannot handle the amount of messages we have to send out to remind people of these Shipping issues and ordering Winter Shipping, we understand people live in warmer climates, but the issues stem here on the North East Coast, About 75% of the time we get no answer from people concerning the Winter shipping.

IF YOUR ORDERS DO NOT HAVE WINTER SHIPPING ADDONS, WE WILL BE SHIPPING THEM TO THE CLOSEST WALGREENS PICKUP LOCATION. AND WILL BE UPGRADED TO FEDEX 2 DAY, YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOU LISCENSE AT THE PHOTO SECTION TO PICK YOUR PACKAGE UP. IT WILL BE IN THE TRACKING NUMBER. BUT WE WILL SEND A PICTURE OF THE LOCATION IF YOU DONT SEE IT IN YOUR ORDER.

They are all grown in grow tents here in Delaware! We only use the highest quality in substrate all from New Zealand, and we figure high quality plants deserve high quality everything else! We seriously don skimp out!
