4 out of 5 starsSadly, this is the second time I've had to order an urn from Renee since two of my horses have passed. The urn itself is beautiful, well made, and the photo looks wonderful on top. Communication with Renee can be a little hit or miss, but ultimately, she delivered the urn exactly as I had hoped so that is all that matters. Both times I've ordered, shipping labels have been created but the product was not given to the postal service until 3+ weeks later after I messaged the shop wondering where they were. So just make sure to follow up on your order if it doesn't show up in a timely manner.
