Given a bit of a trim and swished the parting over (would be amazing if the whole hairline had a lace section to allow side styling more easily but that’s just being a bit of a diva lol). Delivery was fast too.

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges on all non-custom wigs as long as:
-The wig is in new, unworn condition
-The tags are still attached and it is returned in its original packaging
-You initiate the return within 14 days of delivery
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
How do I care for my wig?
Use a wide-tooth comb to gently detangle, starting from the ends.
Wash sparingly with cold water and sulfate-free shampoo.
Air dry only—never use a blow dryer.
Store on a wig stand to maintain its shape and prevent tangling.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Canada. Unlike dropshippers who send wigs directly from overseas, we personally inspect, handle, and package every order before shipping. You can expect fast, reliable shipping with tracking on every order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing times are typically 1-2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
-Canada: 2-7 business days
-USA: 4-8 business days

Yes! Your wig will arrive pre-styled and ready to wear. Some wigs may need a gentle shake or light brushing to restore their shape after shipping.
