I want to buy more than 3 pairs of frame, can I get a discount?
Yes! We can offer a discount for bulk buying. Please DM us before you order and we'll talk it out.
Do you have any more vintage frames available than what we see?
No, what we have on this store is our entire vintage stock. We'll be adding more as we can, so just keep an eye out for more beauties!
Why did you refund me for the vintage I bought?
Because we also have a physical shop where customers browse our vintage (as well as brand new frames) sometimes they get sold and before we have a chance to remove it from our Etsy store page, someone may have bought it. We will of course refund you fully if that were to ever happen.
Are you open to price negotiations?
No, we believe our prices for our vintage are very fair and will not haggle our current price. We do have scheduled promotions throughout the year though!
I want to see a different angle to a frame, can you provide that?
Yes we can! We do kindly ask that any extra photo requests be limited to a maximum of 3 images.
Does 100% of your proceeds actually go toward providing vision services to those in need?
We are the Oregon Lion’s Sight & Hearing Foundation. In 2015 we received a grant from the Lions Club International Foundation to build the world’s first ever charitable finishing lab to make high quality low cost eyewear for Oregonians in need. The second part of the grant was to come up with a solution to sustain the charitable efforts. Are these frames in perfect condition?
Each frame is professionally cleaned and inspected before listing. That said, these are vintage pieces, often several decades old, so some signs of age may be present. While we can’t guarantee perfect condition, we do our best to note any imperfections or details that could impact the frame’s integrity for relensing or everyday wear.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to love your vintage frames, so we’re always here to answer any questions before you order. That said, as noted in our shop policies and in each listing description, all sales are final. Because our frames are true vintage and sold as-is, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges — even if the fit isn’t quite right or if a frame breaks after purchase. These pieces have had a past life, and part of their charm is the character that comes with age and wear. We truly appreciate your understanding and are always happy to help with sizing, condition details, or any other questions before you make your decision!
