Hi, I’m Krysten—creator of The Recovery Witch Apothecary™.

I’m a Master Addictions Specialist, emotional intelligence coach, and energy healer who believes healing doesn’t have to be boring… or sterile… or disconnected from your soul.

I create intentional, small-batch handmade apothecary products, including intention soaps, essential oil blends, ritual oils, and spiritual self-care tools designed to support emotional reset, grounding rituals, and everyday magic—because healing happens in the little moments, not just the big breakthroughs.

Every product is crafted with purpose, aligned with seasonal energy, and infused with the belief that you are allowed to feel better, softer, stronger, and more you. My work blends holistic wellness, aromatherapy, energy healing, and mindful self-care rituals to create products that support your mind, body, and spirit.
