Never had to use customer service, hence only 3 stars out of 5, but in overall, great stuff for my needs. Hung up 3 prints with 40x50 cm frames, approximate weight around 4 kg each since the frames are solid wood, and the twist and gos' can handle this without problem! Only downside was the screw that came along. It seemed to be a M2 and was to short, so I had to improvise and use a M3 screw which was almost twice as long. Just a head's up to the creator for next shipments
