Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to engrave emoji characters.
Can I request a custom size engraving plate?
Sure, send us a DM. Most of our products can be customized or created in a number of ways that allow us to modify the size.
Can you get it to me FAST?
Most of the time the answer is Yes. Expedited shipping and processing is available on almost every item we sell. Just choose the shipping upgrade when checking out or send us a message with the details about when you need it and we can confirm it's possible.
Do you really make all these items yourself?
Yes. Yes we do. We do NOT use drop shippers or third party fulfillment for any products we engrave. We do our best to put thought and care into each and every single order. We want to help you celebrate a special event, make a perfect memorial or just have some fun with an off the wall sign or engraved tag.
I need something shipped fast, is it guaranteed to arrive on time?
It depends on the shipping method you select, with most shipping methods, even express or rush is not guaranteed. For example USPS offers Ground shipping, Priority shipping (faster) and Priority Express (faster and guaranteed). The costs increase drastically with any guaranteed service.
The only guaranteed services we offer are : USPS Priority Express - Starts at $35, UPS Next Day Air (including 2nd day air, NDA Saver, and Sat Delivery) - Starts at $35, Fedex Overnight - Starts at $50.
With any guaranteed service, weather, fires, and flooding can still affect delivery times beyond the stated window.
