How long will my order take to arrive?
Please note:
Although we do our best to ensure packages arrive within the estimated time frame according to Etsy and shipping carrier, Once packages leave our facility Five Elements Home Essentials is not responsible for any delays arising as a result of weather conditions strikes, lock-outs, accidents, or any other matters beyond its reasonable control.
Processing time will vary, details can be found under each item description. Please note that packages shipped using first class mail will have an estimated arrival date but this is not guaranteed.
Please note that we can not guarante a delivery by date, we do our best to provide with the most affordable shipping options and speeds but delivery day is not guarante and it is an estimate.
Rush orders
Although we offer a RUSH order listing fee, If an item is needed prior to the turnaround time, please send us an email before submitting your purchase so we can make any accommodations and or provide you with any shipping upgrade rates to ensure your items arrive by your expected date.
The beauty of handmade items
As with any hand-made item, small flaws and imperfections might be present including microbubbles. These small flaws add character and make each item unique.
Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations
Please note that once an order has been received we do not accept cancellation as we provide all the details of each item in the description if an item arrives damaged a replacement will be sent.
In some cases we will send a return label for the damage item to be sent back to our shop, buyers have up to six days (M-S) to return the package to the post office, after that time frame we will not accept the return package.
Stolen packages
Please note that after an item is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible. If you are aware of packages being stolen previously in your area, please have packages being held at the post office to avoid inconvenience. Package Insurance is available upon request or if buying priority mail postage.
