We love it! It looks great, feels great, and completes our new little play area so nicely. Shipping was quite fast considering it was international.

1 out of 5 starsThis is not an item review but a seller. I cancelled my order less than 24 hrs after making it out of concern that purchasing from India might cause potential issues. Turns out I was right. The seller initially accommodating and responsive assured me I would be given a refund within days. Then she claimed having “banking difficulties” which would cause delay. I patiently waited for weeks only to find out that “despite efforts” she would not be able to refund my money. She suggested contacting Etsy in that matter. I decided to contact my credit card company directly. It’s been a month now and I’m still waiting for the resolution. Stay away from this seller.

Because each rug is handmade, slight variations of ±1–2 inches may occur, which is normal for hand-tufted rugs.
Care instructions
To keep your hand-tufted rug looking beautiful for years, we recommend the following care:
• Vacuum regularly using a low-power vacuum without a rotating brush
• Avoid excessive moisture or soaking
• Blot spills immediately with a clean dry cloth
• For deeper cleaning, use professional rug cleaning services
• Rotate the rug occasionally to ensure even wear
Shedding may occur during the first few weeks. This is normal for natural wool rugs and will reduce over time.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We carefully package every rug to ensure it arrives safe and secure.
Rugs are rolled, wrapped in protective plastic, and packed in strong outer packaging.
This protects the rug from moisture, dust, and damage during transit.
