5 out of 5 starsThe bag is lighter than I expected which is a good thing! A heavier bag, at this size, would be cumbersome and uncomfortable to wear. I love the large size because it can hold a lot of items and you can make it heavier or lighter depending on your personal preferance. The color is beautiful and I am glad I did not order black. I must say the shipping was super fast especially coming from outside the US.

5 out of 5 starsI purchased the black version of this bag 5 1/2 years ago. I use it almost every day. People compliment it all the time. I love it even more year over year because it has not only held up but I’ve never found a bag I’ve liked as much… until now. The brown version is amazing. The turnaround time was incredibly fast. The seller was super responsive when I asked for a custom strap and the price was so low so I ordered an extra. I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to exceeded expectations.

The leather is soft and of high quality., and the workmanship is flawless. The customer service is amazing! I communicated with Natalia several times and she always responded in a timely manner with just the right answer or suggestion. I have another granddaughter and if she ever wants a beautiful leather backpack, I will be happy to buy her one from Floubag!!

Delayed Delivery

All our leather goods are made from 100% natural Italian leather.
Simply wipe using a clean, damp cloth. Keep your leather bags stored in places that are dry and clean when you are not using them to help protect it.
I'm a customer from the USA. Will I have to pay additional fees like customs or import taxes?
Due to a major regulatory change by the U.S. government, effective August 29, 2025, the $800 duty-free threshold is being eliminated. This means almost all goods shipped to the U.S. will be subject to import duties and taxes.
Please understand that these fees are mandated by your country's authorities and are completely beyond our control. As the buyer, you are solely responsible for paying any charges assessed by U.S. Customs. We cannot predict, calculate, or collect these fees in advance.
What happens if I refuse a package due to customs fees?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes (e.g. VAT) that may apply. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Important: Refusal to Accept Package
Refusing to accept a package due to customs fees is not permissible under international commerce regulations. If a package is forcibly returned to me for this reason, the refund for the product will be reduced by all costs I have incurred, including:
The original shipping cost,
The return shipping cost,
Any customs fees and taxes charged to me to receive the item back in Poland.
If these costs exceed the value of the order, a refund will not be issued.
