How do I get my files?
Right after your payment clears, go to You > Purchases and reviews on Etsy and click Download Files. You'll also get an email with a download link.
What paper size are the files?
US Letter (8.5 x 11 in). Most party kits also include an A4 version. For best results, print at 100% / Actual size.
Can I print more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own household, party or single classroom. Please don't resell or share the files.
How do I fill in the editable PDFs?
Open the file in free Adobe Acrobat Reader, click a field and type. Your text is saved in the PDF and prints on the page. Browser PDF viewers don't always handle fillable fields well.
My download isn't working. What should I do?
Send us a message through Etsy and we'll help right away, including sending you the files through Etsy Messages if needed.
