All of our products are made out of tarnish-resistant, waterproof, & hypoallergenic materials. They are great for sensitive skin & are made to last.


We currently offer our jewelry in 3 colors: Gold, Rose Gold, & Silver-plated (all Stainless Steel based)
- Some jewelry are available in Gold and Silver ONLY!
- Medical Cards/ID are available in Stainless Steel Silver ONLY

PROCESSING TIME

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

(MOST ITEMS will be shipped out the next day! Excluding some items such as our Birthstone Collection will take about 2 days).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers, please be aware that your country may charge an international customs fee and/or taxes in order for you to receive your package, your local post office will hold your package until this fee is paid. Please check with your country to see if this fee is required. Payment of the customs fee/tax is at the expense of the customer.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

-We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once declared "DELIVERED" by the postal carrier at the address provided by the customer. Please contact your local post office immediately. If after 3 days no package has arrived still, please contact us and we would be happy to send a replacement for the cost of shipping.

-If your package is lost IN-TRANSIT, please give a few more days after the noted delivery date in case of postal delays. Please contact us after and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

*RETURN TO SENDER- Buyers are responsible for the re-ship charge, unless our fault.

We are so sorry if you are experiencing this. Please be considerate that we may not be responsible and that we are happy to help any way we can.

POLICY, RETURNS, & REFUNDS

PLEASE contact us immediately with any issues or concerns. Items returned must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery at customers expense.

CONDITION OF RETURNS:

-Personalized/Engraved jewelry that has not been worn may be returned within 7 days of delivery ONLY IF we are AT FAULT
-Non Personalized/Engraved jewelry that has not been worn may be returned within 7 days of delivery at buyers expense.
-Shipping costs will not be refunded in any instance.
-If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss

**WE DO NOT accept returns for ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - a shipping fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances**

CARE-TIPS to make your jewelry last

Plated Jewelry is known for its affordability and beautiful appearance. Although our jewelry is made with high-quality items taking the best possible care of your pieces will keep them lasting longer.

Please follow these tips to keep your jewelry looking new & lovely for even a longer time:

- Don’t sleep, swim or go into a hot tub with it.
- Try to avoid the use of perfume, lotion and other chemicals on your jewelry.
- Store in a pouch or soft cloth separate from other jewelry
- Use a soft microfiber cloth to polish the jewelry but don’t grease it too much to avoid build up.
- always let your jewelry air-dry and keep it free from moisture
- do NOT use hand-sanitizer directly on your jewelry!

REQUIRED INSURANCE on International Orders

We now REQUIRE insurance on all International orders, but not tracking. If you would like tracking, please contact us for a shipping quote because it will need to be shipped USPS International Priority mail.

*Etsy's Shipsurance*
up to $100 Insurance will be added to all USPS First Class International Orders for an additional $2.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, which can take an estimated 3-8 weeks to arrive. BUT it can take up to 8 weeks or more due to "Customs", neither you, nor I can control this! Please allow plenty of time for your order's shipment.

If you do not claim your order from customs, please do not tell us it's been lost. It will most likely return to us in 2-4 months.
