5 out of 5 starsPlease understand that the seller creates the pigments to order so you will have a little bit of a wait, do not order if you are impatient! So that being said, this lipstick is awesome! It feels like nothing’s there. It doesn’t crack or go on sticky or dry out. It feels really good. Make sure you let it dry and it has staying power. I wore mine for eight hours.

Does Fabled Fragrances do wholesale orders or sell in physical retail stores?
I do not do wholesale orders or sell to retail stores. Fabled Fragrances items can only be found in the Fabled Fragrances online shop.
Does Fabled Fragrances accept returns/exchanges?
Fabled Fragrances only accepts returns/exchanges on items that are in unused, unopened condition (sealed). This only applies to full-size items; samples are not eligible for return. Unused items that are returned are eligible for a refund of the item value (not including the shipping).
If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, or is an international package that was not picked up by the buyer from their post office, then I can either send the package back out at the buyer's expense or issue a refund (less shipping).
What happens if a package is returned?
Packages that are returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address can either be refunded for the purchase price (less shipping) or shipped back out at the customer's expense.
What if there are items missing from/incorrect items in my order?
I try to be as accurate as possible when packing orders, including using checklists to make sure all items are correct included. However, I am only human, and mistakes can happen. Before sending out a replacement or giving a refund for a missing or incorrect item, I need to verify the contents of the order received and will require a photograph of the order and invoice. Once a photograph has been received, I can either send out a replacement for the missing or incorrect item(s) or a refund (less shipping).
What happens if my package is lost or never arrived?
Domestic orders are not considered lost by the USPS until 30 days have passed since the ship date, and for international orders 60 days must have passed since the ship date, for an order to be considered lost. Please contact me within this time range if your items have not arrived to you. If I am contacted outside of this window of time, then I cannot issue a refund or replacement for lost items.
Lost packages that were insured will have an insurance claim (through Shipsurance) opened for them to recoup the value of the package. Once the insurance claim has been closed, then the buyer will be eligible for a replacement or a refund (less shipping).
I don't like the scent I ordered. What can I do?
Because fragrance is so subjective, I unfortunately can't accept returns or exchanges on perfumes because of individual taste/preferences. I can issue a either a 50% refund of the product's value, or store credit for 50% of the product's value so that the customer can perhaps find a more agreeable scent from my library of fragrances. I offer samples of every fragrance so customers can find their perfect match.
When will my order ship/Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
My current production time before shipment is 5-6 BUSINESS DAYS. This is because I'm the only person running the shop, and I am also disabled, so the extra time is set in place to account for this.
Each order deserves to be fulfilled with the same amount of dedication and care, so the longer production time just means that I'm making sure everything is carefully crafted and correct before sending it off. Your patience is absolutely appreciated! :)
Can I get my order rushed?
Yes! I can do a limited number of rush orders each month. Rush shipping is for DOMESTIC orders only.
Rush orders have an additional fee of 20% of the order's product value (not including shipping/tax), plus $6.00 for a Priority Mail upgrade. If your order qualified for free shipping, then the Priority Mail upgrade would be $11.50; If you already purchased priority mail with your order, there will only be the 20% order value fee.
If you would like your order rushed, just message me after you've placed your order. I can calculate the rush order fee for you and set up a custom listing. Rush orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days after the custom listing is purchased.
