Antique & Vintage Lover -
My passion for all things antique and vintage ignited when I was a young child. I was raised by a single mother and we did not have a-lot of money. However, my mother had a knack for finding treasures and I wish I still had just half of what I fondly remember. My mother introduced me to quilting with feed sacks in the early 90’s after she somehow managed to stumble on about 300 of them at a Texas farm.
I love buying authentic feed sacks and vintage cotton - but - with so many patterns I do not have near enough space to keep them all. My mother has told me a time or two that he or she that dies with the most fabric wins - she proclaims I am in the running to come in first if not second. 😬
So - between the collection she has passed on to me and my own - I do try to sell some.
While looking through what I offer up to sell, if you see a piece or a lot you want to build and want it but just want a discount - feel free to message me. The worst outcome is a “no”.
In addition to my fabric & feed sack / flour sack collection - I also love to collect religious ephemera, bibles, books & pictures. I love tea pots & pitchers, cook books, kitchen tins & knick knacks. I also have a passion for bringing beat up antique / vintage furniture back to life by either refinishing it or layering chalk paint.
