Announcement    Welcome to Fabric or Fiction. To start, you'll find the traditional bunting banners, which are, of course, perfect for your next party. But don't rule out making a set a part of your permanent decor - they're great for bringing in some color and pattern into a dull, lifeless space. Use them in the garden all summer long, or perhaps drape a set on the railing of your porch. You can decorate a child's bedroom or playroom with any number of the designs. They're perfect for teachers who are obligated to decorate their classrooms each year, and are great for nursery schools and daycares alike. There are also a great number of sophisticated and fun designs perfect for adults. Buy more than one and create a unique headboard, or dress up your fireplace. These banners are great by themselves, or mixed together to make a festive display. In addition to lots of fun and whimsical patterns, I will be featuring great Holiday versions as well, so keep an eye out.

Most of my banners are finished on both sides, making it easy to hang them anywhere, as they look great from any angle. I decided to go the more traditional route with my bunting banners, sewing them all onto twill tape, rather then ribbons, making them more sturdy in the process. You can spot clean if something happens to get on them, but I do not recommend putting them in the laundry, as the fabrics will fray and the felt will shrink! The banners will arrive folded for shipping purposes, but the bends will easily iron out.
