About Our Company
Factory Direct Purses and Accessories, LLC has been in business since August 14, 2000. We started our business on eBay and are still active members on that auction site today. We have over 2800 sales posted to date with a 100% feedback rating. This is due to our excellent customer service and devotion to our business.
In July 2004, we decided to expand our business and do trade shows, fairs, conventions, flea markets and other events around the area. We purchased a box truck and travel to events with a full inventory of items for the customer to see and purchase. We are still active in those events and even maintain a Facebook page for our customers to keep up with our travels and if we are going to be close to their area. Many Facebook fans travel to our events to meet us, see our products in person and make purchases! We love traveling and meeting our customers/fans.
We continued to broaden our business when in August 2008 we started our eCommerce business and had our name trademarked/copyrighted through the US Patent Office. We have been very active online and have operated 5 websites since we began in 2008. All are divisions of Factory Direct Purses and Accessories, LLC, but many have other themes and offer different products to our consumers. We are not simply a handbag business anymore! The names of the websites many be different, but they are owned and managed by our LLC.
Our business achievements and efforts have been recognized many times, but we were thrilled to be named one of the Top 10 places online to shop in 2009 by Cosmopolitan Magazine. This, after only one year in the eCommerce world! Our line of monogrammed umbrella's were featured in the magazine with a photo of the tiger print we had in stock. This article alone brought in orders for the tiger umbrella from many areas including Canada, Europe, India, China and Russia. Many of these customers still shop with our company today as our International sales grow each year!
Now, we are offering a new Drop Ship program in an effort to get our customers interested in making their own money by selling products and having them drop shipped through our business. We also have our first franchise in the works with hopes of more mortar businesses across the United States opening and carrying our business logo. We are growing, not only because we love our business, but because we strive to offer the best products at the lowest prices around and we care about our customers!
