Frequently asked questions
What do I get?
Digital files you download right after purchase. Nothing is shipped. Each file includes sample data so you can see every feature working before you enter your own numbers.
Which programs can I use?
Built in Excel format (.xlsx). Tested in Google Sheets and Excel for the web. In Google Sheets, sheet protection and print layout do not carry over on import; the Instructions tab in each file shows how to set them up again.
Where do I download my files?
On Etsy: You > Purchases and reviews, then Download files. On Payhip: use the download link in your purchase email.
Can I use the files in more than one restaurant?
Yes, for your own restaurant business, up to 3 locations under the same ownership. Please do not resell or share the files.
What is your refund policy?
Because these are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If a file does not open, does not work as described, or is materially different from its description, message us through the shop and we will fix or replace it. This does not affect any rights you have under Etsy's policies or the law.
How do I get help?
Message us through the shop. We reply within 1 business day.
