I am very disappointed in this item. The picture does not have the depth it does on the website. I also purchased this as a gift for a rug in a cabin but I am going to have to add a backing to it is a lightweight quilted fabric circle with no weight to it. Would not buy it again due to the extra work I'm going to have to put into it to use for the intended purpose.

Everything is excellent and as expected, except for the color of the item. It is not nearly as vivid as shown in the pictures. There's nothing wrong with the item, just beware. I would very much have liked something that was a bit more bright and not dull gray tones.

I tried to get a refund. It said I must download a picture first but what a coincidence .. I'm not able to download a picture. I checked the camera permissions and everything and it is still not working. So how am I supposed to request a refund. It feels like a scam.
