I use An Post delivery services. I offer registered/tracked shipping for most items within Ireland. All International orders are sent tracked. In instance when multiple items are purchased together, the items will be packed together to keep the delivery cost as minimal as possible. If Etsy has overcalculated the actual shipping cost needed, the balance will be returned to you after delivery.

Environment and recycling are important to me and I like to keep waste as low as possible. Most shipping boxes and all bubble wraps I use to pack orders are 2nd hand sourced from local businesses.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return it within 30 days. You, the purchaser, are responsible for the cost of return postage. Refund will be paid after I have received the item undamaged and in its original condition. Damaged items can not be refunded, returns are at your risk and cost.

Cancellations are possible, please contact me as soon as possible. Orders can not be cancelled or amended if your item has been already shipped. Shipping addresses can not be changed, if you have placed an order with incorrect address, please contact me as soon as possible, you will need to reorder the item with correct address.

I pack all orders myself and do my best to ensure it's packed as safely as possible but if your item is still delivered damaged, please follow these steps:
-Contact me within 24 hours of receipt by email: falanurstudio@gmail.com or Etsy
-Send pictures of the damaged item and packaging for insurance claim
-For most orders you will need to return the damaged item. The cost, including postage both ways, will be returned after the inspection of the item.

Returned orders due to incorrect addresses or unpaid custom fees or taxes, will be refunded. Refund will be made for item cost only, original delivery charge can not be refunded.

Cured resin items are strong and resistant but may break if mishandled, it is harmless to people and pets. I use high quality epoxy casting resin, it is solvent free with high UV resistance and surface heat resistance up to 80 Deg C. However the colour pigments I use will slightly reduce the UV and temperature resistance.
Do not use your resin item in the microwave, dishwasher, oven, freezer or in boiling hot water. Do not keep the resin object in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Exposure to extreme heat will soften the resin item and cause possible warping.
Do not use any kind of chemicals on your item. Acetone and vinegar will dissolve cured resin. To clean your resin item, use soft cloth and water. Do not use sharp objects.
