Falbows Bow Ties

Welcome to Falbows!

I've always been the kind of person who enjoys pouring creative energy into projects for the people I care about. My mother is a talented seamstress, and I grew up watching & admiring her beautiful projects. Her work inspired me to take up sewing, and my love of men's fashion inspired me to create bow ties.

I love the way bow ties transform an outfit, spark conversation, & inspire silliness. I aspire to create bow ties from fun, unique, and beautiful fabrics in small batches. I am constantly hunting for fabrics that embody these goals.

I strive to work with exclusively vintage fabrics. I will indicate on each listing whether the tie has been made with vintage or new fabrics.

My passion for sewing bow ties began in 2013 as a gift to a friend. When I'm not making bow ties, you can find me baking or playing in my urban garden. I also enjoy red lipstick, Renaissance polyphony, & room-temperature butter.
