My name is Victoria and I live in the Austrian mountains.
My work is hand drawn and created in my studio or sat on a mountain top surrounded by wild flowers. I cut all my designs by hand with a scalpel.

Overseas Shipping and Handling Costs :
Please email me before placing an order. I will then be able to look into the best option available for mailing you item and advise you of any extra costs involved.
How long does delivery take? :
Once I have received the money, I will begin making the order and unless it is a busy time for me I usually have them done within 7-14 days. If I am pressed with orders, I will inform you of this. If you require you order sooner, please email as this may be possible. If I have items pre-made, and you have chosen to order one of them, they will be on their way to your home 1 working days after I receive payment!
All prices listed for my cuttings & gifts do not include shipping and handling (unless stated otherwise). I will send it by standard Austrian Post (we are based in Austria). It is important that you keep in mind that the delivery can take from 4-10 days to arrive. For orders, required quickly I can post it out to you Priority (at an additional cost). Please contact me regarding this.

If I have to make a major change to anything, due to unavailable supplies, I will let you know. With custom orders I will discuss your requirements and supply you with a rough drawing
