I started Fancifuls in 1993 with a few charms in small plastic trays set up on a plywood and sawhorse table. My husband joined me in this venture in 1997 and we now offer over 4000 designs on our website. You will find many one of a kind items in our Etsy store. Most of the items have been manufactured here in the USA (If they are not made in the USA it will be stated on the item's description).

Most of the products are raw brass, but some may be plated or painted, objects that have been left over some project I was working on, or just playing around with some new technique! Any variations on raw brass will be stated in the item description.

Are these brass pieces vintage or new?

These are all newly produced here in the USA by manufacturers that have been making brass stampings since the 1930's. If you see a listing in another shop that says they are vintage, it may be that they have some that were produced many years ago by the same manufacturer that is still making that design today, but it is essentially the same thing.
