Custom and personalised orders

We take only custom requests for funkos and have limited spaces. Please contact us if you're interested. We will not do ones that have time limits, such as weddings and birthdays.

Do your funkos come in customized funko pop boxes?

No, but we take great care when wrapping your funkos for delivery and we ensure they are well protected.

How can I keep up to date with your new launches, deals and discounts?

Issues with tracking.

Tracking is only applicable to funko orders. (Or if you've paid extra shipping on non-funko orders for the delivery upgrade.)

The address you have provided us will be correct on the parcel, so something could have happened during transit which most likely means there'll be a delay in updating the tracking/parcel getting to you.

If you're parcel is outside of the UK, it'll be with a different provider and you'll need to contact them as the recipient.

What postal service do you use?
