When she passed away I decided to get another dog because I hated the emptiness she left. My new puppy I named Monica after my second favorite character and as a sort of remembrance of Phoebe, I am so happy that I found your necklace and it really holds a special place in my heart and I've used it for Monica's name tag. I can't wait to see it on her when I go to pick her up Tuesday 💜

1 out of 5 starsCheap looking, dirty, took forever to arrive. Definitely not worth how much was charged. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but cannot bring myself to give after seeing it. Very disappointed.

Review are extremely important and I take each one very seriously. I have messaged Ms. Cole directly but also wanted to respond to this publicly. Ms. Cole messaged me about delivery time and I reminded her that we have a 10 day turn around, and that during the holidays, we unfortunately often require the entire 10 days. As for the quality of the product, the pictures and descriptions listed on my page are there to inform buyers so that there will be no surprises. The piece was polished before being sent, so it was not dirty. I appreciate honest feedback, but I feel this particular one is not reflective of the piece that was sent. We do our best to exceed expectations with our products and experience. I have not heard back from Ms. Cole, but have already issued a partial refund, and I wish her a Merry Christmas.
