FREE SHIPPING IS FIRST CLASS... first class does not have insurance or tracking. I recommend paying for the priority shipping. You will have insurance if the post office loses your package and you will be able to track your package.
➤ Please notice the SHIPPING DATE on your ETSY receipt. This is the date I go by as a shipping date. Items are made as orders are received. This includes all local orders also. I ship orders using USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail. Shipping takes between 3-7 days in the USA, depending on the shipping method and weather delays.
➤ All orders are shipped with tracking confirmation. After we ship your item, we cannot be held responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed shipments. (this is where the Priority upgrade will help you)
➤ If a holiday falls during your estimated shipping time frame, your item may be delayed a day or two. I do have a family and would like to spend holidays with them. But I work hard to ensure that orders are completed by the ship date on your receipt.
➤ Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. I ship directly to the address provided on your order. If you order more than one item and need them shipped to different locations, you MUST make a separate order for each location. If you notice an error in the provided address, please contact me as soon as possible or cancel the order and reorder with the correct address. I am not responsible for misdelivered mail due to an incorrect address. I will resend the package once it has been returned to me and postage to the correct address has been paid.
