I can not rate the product or the shipping as I never received a proof of the product and it never showed up as shown of the delivery window. After several attempts to contact the seller I have now filed a case with Etsy for a refund. Now I will see how Etsy will handle this as far as receiving a refund. Terrible seller.... I believe I did not do my research on this seller adequately enough as I have noticed all the negative reviews since I started contacting.... Oregan!!!

I ordered and paid for a sign on August 6th 2015. The item was to ship by 8/20/15. On 8/27 I messaged the shop because I had heard nothing of my item shipping. The same day the shop responded and apologized for the delay stating there was a death in the family. She told me she would get me a proof right away and she would ship my item today Monday the 31st. I have not received the proof and the shop has not responded to my last 2 emails. In the past I had ordered multiple signs from this shop and had a good experience. I was understanding when they said there had been a death in the family but I'm becoming wary as no one will respond to me. When I looked at reviews more carefully I see that most of the newer reviews are negative by people having the same problem- might be time for etsy to take action.

Poor communication, seller fell on some hard times - but instead of responding promptly or sending out a shop message, simply didn't respond. Item was cancelled, only after I sent a report to Etsy, to which I finally received a response saying the item was ready to ship the next day. Item was not shipped, and when I messaged seller to ask about the item, the order was cancelled.

Terrible... No contact... Weeks go by... Proofs sent... Sent corrections... No reply... Had to contact etsy since it has been almost two months.... And now the items are cancelled.... Do not do business if you actually want your product!

Its a shame how this shop handled my purchase. The wrd limit keeps me from details, but I hope its enough to warn you. I was so excited abt this plaque; its for my wife- our 5th anniv. Shop had worst communication Ive seen. Lots of excuses & lies. After a month of waiting for the product, the shop cancelled the transaction w/out warning & against my wish. I still can't believe it. 2 wks after I placed ordr, the shop sent a proof & said they wrote before; but they didnt. I sent a minor edit &follow-up 3 days later; they send a 2nd proof, I approved. I asked if they would write so I know they recv'd my msg. 5 days pass, so I write. 3 more days, I write & am more direct. Next day owner writes & says they dont reply after proof is confirmed. Said sorry I was unhappy & cancelled order. Shop will respond w/excuse, but dont believe.

Unfortunately I have not received my order in order to review it. However, I am able to review the poor customer service and disingenuousness of the shop. My order was set to ship 3 days ago. Prior to that I had not received a proof, nor any sort of contact regarding my order. I received an email on the day of expected shipping claiming they thought they had sent the proof but realized it "didn't go through." I thought this was a legitimate claim until I replied promptly and have not heard back since. It is now 3 days after the expected shipping date and I have yet to hear back from the shop despite numerous emails. As an avid Etsy buyer I am quite taking back by the lack of regard for their customers. I now have to show up to a bridal shower empty handed and am peeved at the shop.

Horrible horrible people! I placed an order. They charged credit card & never made or delivered my sign! It was for a bridal shower. I am currently disputing the charges. I contacted them several times with no response. Terrible business DO NOT ORDER from these people!
