We aren't responsible for increased cost of delays in receiving your order, should you provide an incorrect shipping address. Please verify that all of your shipping information is up to date on your profile. We can notify our carrier, if it has shipped, but ultimately we lose control as soon as we drop off your packages at UPS or USPS. If that package has been delivered to an incorrect address, we can not be responsible for a replacement at no charge.

Refused or returned orders will have a 20% restock fee imposed plus the cost of return shipping for undamaged items. Items that have been opened and repacked improperly, and have sustained damage will have a higher restock fee imposed.

The rustic wood will need conditioning from time to time to maintain it's luster. We recommend that you apply furniture polish or beeswax as soon as your item arrives.

The finish is flat matte. We don't apply a gloss overcoat. That would detract from the rustic decor theme. The beeswax or premium furniture polish conditions the wood, and gives it a warm appearance.

The rustic wood will have very definite character. They might have some wane, bowing, small cracks, knots, and twisting. That is the appeal that this product has. We don't represent the wood to be in the fine furniture category.

The rustic wood will vary in color from board to board due to the bold growth rings. Therefore the boards might not be consistent in appearance. If you are attempting to match the other wood items in your space, there may be differences in the stain color due to the difference in wood varieties.

We don't offer reclaimed wood, and we don't damage our wood with chains, knives, hammers, and other tools to make it look reclaimed, distressed or used. We can't make a new board look used by this traumatic practice.

The images on our listings are visualizations of the installed products. The photos may contain a single shelf or multiple shelves. Be sure to read the listing description for the actual quantity of shelves on the listing.

Every computer monitor or screen on our smart phones represents color in a different manner. Every lighting condition varies when the photos were taken, especially in a dimly lite interior room, therefore actual color of your order may vary from the listing photo. If you need more images of our wood, please reach out to us and we will email the images to you.

Contract us for an RGA number and approval. Without the approval and RGA number, you will not receive a credit. Please note that custom orders, items on sale and requests that are received past our timeline will not be available for return credit.

All returns will be subject to to a 20% restock charge in undamaged and resalable condition. Also, the outbound shipping expense also be deducted from the return. Damaged items will not be refunded.

Put the RGA number and the order number on the outside of the carton.

Rustic dimensional lumber (not recycled or rough sawed). Purchased from a local East Texas source that uses sustainable forestry practices and is Forest Stewardship Council certified. FSC certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits. Our wood begins as dimensional construction pine wood, and we finish it to our specifications by planing, and hand sanding it.

We reserve the right to reject orders or charge more than the listed shipping charge that will be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or APO's.

If you need the package to be delivered to an individual, and not left at your location unattended, please add a Note to Seller for a signature on the package. We don't provide that service on our packages on standard deliveries. The cost to ship your item will increase, and we will send you a notice on the additional charges.

Unfortunately, there are no domestic manufacturers of our metal products left in the US. All have moved offshore. It is a federal law that the Country of Origin for all products must be labeled on the product. Some of our products origin are from China, Thailand, and South Korea.

We can't grind the country of origin off the items lawfully, so the label will still be on the item.

We accept cancellation requests for one day after the order is placed. If there is a situation when you can not complete the transaction, please convo me. If the order isn't entirely completed, we might be able to cancel with a 20% cancellation fee.
