5 out of 5 starsThe mug is fine and as listed. The packaging was not fine. It was shipped directly in the styrofoam container which had a large round hole cut out to show the bottom of the mug and the entirety of the UPC label, exposing the item to scratches. While the scratches are just surface and they are on the bottom, sealing the hole or putting it in an outer shipping box would have prevented anything. like that from happening.
