She kept in contact with me, and helped me with some questions I had before ordering. I received the item very quickly! The tumbler was for a friend's birthday, and it came out absolutely beautiful! My friend loved it!! It was packaged nicely, and the engraving was so well done. I also got a few little nice surprises with my order. I will definitely shop here again. Custom and personalized orders
Generally, yes. However custom orders are closed until January 2024.
Can I see a proof before purchase?
Making laser friendly graphics takes anywhere from fifteen minutes to two hours per design. Because of this time investment (& being limited to 24 hours in a day) we can't send proofs before you checkout.
Y'all- we wouldn't say it if we didn't have to.
In the event we are creating a complex graphic for you, we allow two revisions before we pull our hair out. You get the idea : )
Can I pick the color of the name/engraving?
All engravings are permanant etchings onto the item. This process reveals the stainless steel of the cup and will have a silver/gray color. We can not change this as it is a part of the product itself being stainless steel.
Dishwasher/Microwave Safe?
You can put any of our stainless steel cups or tumblers (and lids or straws) in the dishwasher and they will be perfectly fine. We do have to say that all of these types of insulated cups are hand wash reccomended but the dishwasher wont damage the cup or the engraving.
Because I absolutely have to say this: NEVER put these stainless steel items in the microwave... they are metal. Metal + Microwave = BAD
Refund/Replacement Policy
Any orders with custom enrgaving can not be returned for a refund (for obvious reasons). If your order was damaged during shipping please message us as soon as possible with pictures of the item, damages, and packaging.
Refunds and replacements are done on a case by case basis depending on the situation. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements can be given if the item was made and shipped correctly based on the information given at purchase.
If circumstances permit and you are returning an item for a full refund we will refund your amount when we receive the item back in the same condition it was shipped.

Lost and Late Packages
If your package was lost OR marked delivered but did you not receive it PLEASE message us... we can submit a search request and if neccesary refund/replace your item.
Unfortunately delays in shipping can happen due to the carrier at no fault to the Buyer or Seller. If you have noticed a delay (or something abnormal on your tracking info) and have a question please let us know. We can keep an eye on your order to make sure you receive it and resolve any other issues that may occur.
