Care instructions

Wooden Item Care: All trays and lazy susans are sealed with interior sealer. To clean, wipe down item with soft, damp cloth. I do not recommend scrubbing or using soap.

Chalkboards: If using regular chalk, clean with a dry rag and window cleaner. Avoid paper products such as paper towels or napkins as they can leave behind residue. If using chalk markers, clean with magic eraser for best results. It is not recommended to use chalk markers on our products, as the sign surfaces are porous and chalk markers may leave ghost lines.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If your order is a gift, check the box during checkout to mark it as a gift and **LEAVE A GIFT MESSAGE** so the recipient will know who it is from. I do not include order receipts in packages.

While you can mark your order as a gift during checkout, gift wrapping is not available at this time.

Custom and personalized orders

I gladly accept custom and personalized requests. Custom items or personalized signs are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. This includes changing colors of a stock design, adding elements to a stock design such as dates, names, etc. Coupon codes are not valid on custom orders unless approved by Fearfully Made Creations. We have the right to cancel your transaction if this policy is violated.

Sizing details

All dimensions are approximate but are found to be reliably accurate. For framed signs, the dimensions in the item listing include the frame. Frames add ~1.5" to both length and width of a sign.

What do I do if my order says 'delivered' but I never received it?

We’re sorry about that. If possible, we recommend you check around the delivery location (think: porch, garage, side or back door), inquire with neighbors, and check cameras.

Sometimes a carrier marks a package as delivered in error. In most cases, packages are still being processed in the postal system and will show up within a few days and almost always within a week. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of the carrier marking your order as delivered, please contact your local postal carrier first. Your postal office/worker should be able to assist you in locating the package. If you believe your order was stolen, you need to file a report with police.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! FMC gift cards do not come in the form of physical cards, but rather a printable PDF file with a customized coupon code to use in the store. What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged. Send photos immediately of your damaged product AND packaging. We will assess the damage and remedy the situation. You may be asked to turn in the damaged items to your postal carrier for an insurance claim.

I am local to Central TX. Does my item need to be shipped?

No! If you are local and wish to pick up your order from our workshop, please add ‘local pickup’ in the note section during checkout or shoot me a message! We can coordinate a pick up time from my workshop.

The corners of my sign frame are not flush in the back. Can this be fixed?

Unfortunately, no! My mitered frames are very difficult to create. If I am off by 1 degree or cut a few centimeters short, the frames will not sit flush. This is the case in the majority of my wooden frames, however I always make sure the front of the sign looks great and is presentable. It is important to remember that you are buying an item that is completely HANDMADE and not produced by a machine. Natural human error is involved in every part of the process! I want you to be satisfied, and I try my best each day to create great products, but I must accept that I am not perfect and neither are my items. This is the beauty of handmade!

Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. If we have already started on your order, the shipping label has been purchased, or it has already been mailed, we cannot cancel your order.
