If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get exchange for another one.

Any product you exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellation policy

I accept cancellation but it must be made within 24 hours of purchase and before the shipping label is created

Note: I do not refund shipping costs for priority, Express or any personalized shipping…

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I am not responsible for the delay caused by the post office, but an arrangement can be made.
