They are high-quality prints with vibrant colors, really gorgeous in person, and definitely matched the descriptions in the listing. The seller was great to work with also. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
For damaged packages and any incorrect order please contact me directly! Featherbone studio is made up of just one person, and I try to respond as quickly as possible.
What if I need faster shipping?
Please reach out! Only standard shipping is available by default to make things more streamlined for me, but feel free to contact if you need the option to upgrade made available to you; I’ll gladly oblige.
How are orders packaged?
I wrap orders using almost exclusively recycled materials to save us both money and to be a little more environmentally friendly. If you're sending a gift, feel free to make a note in the notes section of your order, or send me a DM within 30 minutes of ordering, and I'll gladly include a note to the person the gift is for. In your note to me, please include your name, the recipient's name, and a brief message for them. I don't include packing slips but you should get a receipt for your order via email. If you're sending a gift be aware that I address thank you notes etc. in packages to the order name unless specified otherwise in notes or DMs!
