My Journey: Slow, But Steady
I started my business in the late summer of 2013 when I was 16. I would take my jewelry to local farmer markets, or to the local coffee shop. I viewed it as one big learning experience. At that point I had heard about Etsy, and I wanted to give it a try, so during my senior year of high school in between home work, my day job, and the college classes, I worked on opening a shop. Since that time I also added a hair flower clip line that started to do better than the jewelry!
With the different changes in life and my career I have been in and out of working on my business. In 2020 I refocused and I have a new mission and vision driving me. I create upscale hair flowers and jewelry for women and girls. I am no longer just in business for myself, but now I have a wonderful little family.
I am also raising money to donate to a local pregnancy center. I believe it is important to reach out and make the world a better place. 10% of sales of all hair flower products are donated to this cause.
