Custom and personalized orders - Can I add my name, monogram or initial on the design?
Most of the designs in my shop can be customized and personalized. You may add your name, initials, logo, monogram or text on any of the items. I will make the design and send it to you for approval.
If we don't receive a reply from you in 24 hours to confirm the design or to make corrections, we will assume that you approve the design and it will be sent to production as is.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Orders held for custom payments will not be refunded.
Processing and Shipping times
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
Canada: 8-17 business days
United States: 3-6 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 8-17 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier. The items are shipped with DHL and USPS for US and Canada and with DHL Globalmail for international orders.
When do you accept returns and give full refunds?
Because of the custom nature of the work we don't accept returns.
If your item arrived damaged we will gladly make you a replacement.
In such a case you need to contact us in 3 days after receiving the item. You need to send us photos of the item(s) showing the problem(s) clearly.
Ask as many questions as you want prior to placing an order.
Ask me for the RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS if you do need to return an item.
The return shipping cost is responsibility of the Buyer.
Can I make changes to the order or cancel it?
If you have placed an order and realized you have made a mistake, you can correct the info or cancel the order within 2 hour after the purchase. Once the order goes in production it can not be cancelled.
Are your items handmade?
Yes, all of the items in my shop are handmade-to-order. They are produced individually after an order is placed in facilities in the USA.
Neither the designs nor the items in my shop are available commercially.
Comforters & duvet covers: They need wide fabrics, so these are hand sewn at a production facility. The production partners are able to source blank fabric, print it with my custom designs, and then sew the items.
Shower curtains and mats: They have my own custom designs printed onto them using sublimation method.
Custom and personalized orders - can I have the design in other colors?
If there is an item that you would like in a different color, just send me a message. I will send you a mock-up of the design with your color(s).
My item arrived damaged (stained, with bad print quality). Can I get a replacement?
Absolutely! We always offer replacements if there are quality issues with the received product. Just send us a photo of it.
What is the difference between custom-made and personalized item
Personalize means adding something personal to the design - like name or monogram.
Custom-made item is made according to the specifications of the client. These could be custom colors, custom size, etc.
Synonyms of custom-made are custom-built, customized, made-to-order.

Pilling
Pilling is a natural occurrence on many fabrics, especially on the polyester ones. It is a natural wear of the fabric over time. It all depends on how you care for the material. You would see more pilling if you have used softener during the washing or brush to clean some spots. Take a look at your clothes or at some other household items and you will see that they all have pilling.
All fabrics pill to some extent, although fibers such as linen and silk pill less than most. The fabric for the pillows is spun polyester and fibers such as wool, cotton, polyester, nylon and acrylic have a tendency to pill the most.
Pilling could be delayed and prevented by some techniques such as treating the items with chemicals.
