Are your items handmade?
Yes. All items are designed and made in small batches using 3D printing. Each piece is checked before shipping, but slight differences may occur because of the handmade production process.
Why are there small layer lines on the surface?
Because this item is made with 3D printing, tiny layer lines or slight surface textures may naturally appear. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products and are not considered defects.
Can I request a different color?
Color options may be available depending on the material I have in stock. Please message me before placing an order if you want a specific color.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. I will review the issue and help you with a solution.
