Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
To 'roughly' figure out when your item will ship BEFORE you purchase:
Purchase date + 7 days + 3-7 days shipping.
1) Orders ship 3 - 7 business days from purchase date. Larger orders may take a day or two longer ~
2) Add shipping time:
First Class: ADD 5 - 7 days.
Priority: Add 3 - 5 days
What is my scheduled ship date?
When you purchase something, Etsy automatically assigns a ship date based on the prep time entered for individual items.
To see your scheduled ship date:
1) Click on the "YOU" icon in the upper right of your Etsy screen
2) Click on "Purchases and Reviews"
3) Find your invoice and click on "View Receipt"
Adjusting the Ship Date:
If your ship date needs to be adjusted to get your order in time for your party, Contact me ~ I may be able to move your ship date up!
Multiple Item Orders:
When you purchase multiple items, it takes longer to make the order. I may have to adjust your ship date to allow for more prep time.
