All of our product photos are taken in a professional studio using daylight-balanced lighting to ensure the highest possible color accuracy and consistency. Are the colors of the products exactly the same as seen in the photos?
The elite and decorative fabrics in our collection may show variations in tone due to the richness of their textures and how they reflect light. While we use professional studio lighting to capture the most realistic image possible, there may be a 5-10% difference in tone depending on your device's screen calibration or the natural light in your room. We recommend reviewing images taken under different lighting conditions for the most accurate expectation.
Can I return the product I purchased? Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?
Yes, you may return items you are not satisfied with within 14 days of the delivery date. Unless there is a damage or manufacturing defect caused by our company, return shipping costs are strictly the responsibility of the buyer. To be eligible for a return, the pillows must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with the Ferzee label still attached.
How should I care for and clean my Ferzee pillows?
Our fabrics are selected from the world’s most exquisite and delicate textures. To preserve the form and premium quality of these special materials for years to come, we recommend professional dry cleaning only. If ironing is necessary, it should be done on the reverse side of the fabric at the lowest heat setting (silk/delicate setting).
How much time do I have if I want to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours of purchase without providing any reason. Once an order has entered the production phase or has been dispatched, cancellations can no longer be processed.
Could there be delays in my shipment due to weather or customs?
At Ferzee, we ensure global delivery through the fastest logistics channels. However, delays caused by force majeure such as extraordinary weather conditions, customs inspections, or unexpected global logistics disruptions are beyond our company's control. In such cases, we provide full support in tracking the process by coordinating with our shipping partners (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
