Custom and personalized orders
Are you looking for something that you don't see in my shop? I LOVE custom requests and would be thrilled to help with your design.
Please email me at brenda@festivefetti.com with a description and any photos if you'd like along with your time frame for completion. I will then reply back with more details to work together.
Shipping is non-refundable
In the event that a package is returned as non-deliverable (due to incorrect address, forwarding no longer in effect, etc), shipping costs will not be refunded. If the item is re-shipped to a new address, new shipping charges will incur.
And, if an item is returned in the hopes of a refund (for any reason) - shipping will not be refunded.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads cannot be considered for cancellation once they show as being downloaded.
To Access Your Digital Downloads:
Your digital files can be downloaded as follows:
1. Log in to your Etsy account.
2. Click on “You” (top right)
3. Choose “Purchases and reviews”
4. Find the order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order)
5. The file will go to your “Downloads” folders.
Returns Are Not Accepted
Per the "Returns & exchanges" section of my shop, it's stated that "I don't accept returns or exchanges". In the event there is an issue with your order, I need to be contacted within 7 days of receiving your order so I can make any issues that may arise correct. Any inquiries outside of this timeframe will not be considered.
One More Item in Regards to Returns
In the event an item is returned with the expectation of a refund - that will be at the sole discretion of the shop owner. Item will need to be in 100% re-sellable condition for any refund if at all and face a 20% restocking fee in addition to actual shipping costs being deducted even if they are more than was originally paid.
