Canada Post was on strike, but the shop quickly pivoted to the 'Chit Chats' courier for delivery. The shop also offered a discount (much appreciated) The item arrived well packaged for transit. All in all a positive experience. Thank you!

What if the item I ordered doesn't fit?
I want to make sure you love your purchase as much as I love making it, so if you have any concerns about sizing, contact me with your measurements and I will be happy to accommodate your request.
Which payment methods do you accept?
I accept PayPal, Credit Card and direct bank transfer.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with Payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.
Customers can pay with a direct bank transfer or email money transfer if they wish, please contact me directly if you want to use this method
How are my items shipped?
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Oversized Lettermail (within Canada) or Small Packet (within the USA). You can upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages for items shipped without tracking.
Custom requests
If you have a custom request, such as sizing, colour or a slight change to something you would like to order, leave your request in your notes during checkout.
Returns and Refunds
If you've purchased tracking, and your tracking number has not been recently updated, I will reach out to Canada Post to investigate the missing package.
Refunds will only be issued when I receive the original item back in unused/resell-able condition unless it is deemed lost by Canada Post/USPS.
Returns will be refunded minus a restocking fee of $20CAD if the item is returned due to no fault of ours.
If your item shows delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact Canada Post or USPS to inquire on the GPS coordinates or if your mail carrier remembers delivering your package. We are not responsible if your package was stolen after delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or missing packages shipped without tracking.
