1. What to do if my package is lost during a standard shipping method?
! only a mobile arm can be shipped with a standard shipping method. All mobiles and wall decors are shipped with FedEx
1. First of all, let me know about the issue on time
2. If your tracking number has not been updated for more than 4 weeks, I will submit a search request at the post office of my country. The search may take from 2 weeks to 2 months. It doesn’t depend on me it but on how fast post services work.
3. You should visit your post office and submit an assignment about your refusing to accept the parcel if it is delivered. This assignment must indicate the tracking number of your package. Please send me a photo of this document.
4. Only after I receive confirmation that your package has been lost you can expect a full refund
2. What to do if my package is lost during FedEx delivery?
!!! only your mobile arm can be shipped with a standard shipping method. All mobiles and wall decors are shipped with FedEx delivery.
1. First of all, please, inform me about the issue on time
2. You are responsible for tracking your package. Parcels that were sent by FedEx are delivered in no more than 2 weeks. If your package is on the way for more than 3 weeks, please let me know immediately so I can help you find it.
3. If you reported a loss more than 1 month from the date of shipment, it is impossible to find the parcel and I cannot refund your order.
4. If you reported a loss in 3 weeks from the date of shipment, I will do my best to find your parcel or will make a full refund.
3. How long should I wait for my parcel during COVID19 period?
FedEx delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks.
A standard shipping method (postal couriers) usually takes 1-3 weeks.
But please, pay your attention! Delays are expected due to the authorities in different countries applying for special orders e.g. quarantine, or special measures being implemented by the local postal/delivery services to minimize the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
That is why the delivery term sometimes is 1-2 months for a standard shipping method (postal couriers).
FedEx delivery is usually reliable and rarely has problems and delays. That is why I recommend you choose FedEx delivery.
Hope you understand the delivery term doesn't depend on me. But I do my best you get your parcels on time.
4. What if my package arrives damaged?
If upon receipt you see the package is damaged (broken, dented, wet), please inform the courier and indicate this in the documents you sign during receiving the parcel.
Please take photos of the damaged package outside and inside. If the item was damaged, this will help to prove it was a courier's mistake and receive a refund.
If your item is partially damaged, I will help you to fix it or make a partial refund.
If the item is entirely defective I will issue a full refund. But it is important to get evidence for it. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee a refund for a damaged item if I have no proof.
The buyer is responsible for the risks during delivery.
For my part, I do my best to pack your product carefully and it was delivered intact.
5. What if my package was sent to the wrong address? or I forgot to pick up my package, what should I do?
Please, double-check the "ship to" address in the Etsy form you have filled in. In case the address the client has provided me with is incorrect, I will not make any refunds for the lost mobile or the delivery.
However, if the package is not lost or stolen and reaches me back with the product still in perfect condition – the refund is possible, but minus 25 %.
I can't refund the shipping and wrapping cost and + taxes I paid automatically when you place your order.
Please be careful and check your tracking number regularly. You are responsible for providing the correct information and receiving your package on time.
6. "Package status" isn't updated for a long time. Where is my parcel now?
First of all, don't worry! Your parcel is definitely on its way.
You can't see where your parcel is, because postal service personnel doesn't update this information. It only depends on how busy post services are, not on me.
Unfortunately, we both have the same information using the same tracking number that I sent you after the shipment.
Please, be patient, I guarantee that everything is fine!
But please, read the rules above (№1-2) what to do if the package is lost.
7. ATTENTION
Please, keep in mind that if you cancel your order I will send your money back –minus 10 % of the whole transaction due to the tax reason. Also, I can't refund your state sales tax
When the customer places an order, I pay taxes from each transaction automatically, so 10 % of the transaction and taxes cannot be refunded.
8. Would the size of all the details be exactly as mentioned in the item description?
Please, take in consideration such a thing as "measurement error". In item description section the sizes of mobile present in the photo are given. Sizes of other items and its details from the category might vary slightly because every mobile is made individually by hand. The variation can range from 1 to 2 cm (+/- 0.8 inches).
9. How to clean clouds mobile?
You can use any sticky roll for clothes or scotch tape for dry cleaning. The dust can be cleaned with a wet towel wipe, too.
But please, avoid any direct contact with water – clouds risk being ruined. If you cannot clean some spot, try to cut it off with scissors ;) luckily, the cloud will remain the same.

10. Can I get my mobile gift-wrapped and packed?
All the baby mobile will be carefully packaged in tissue paper and a gift-ready craft box with paper shavings. If you send the mobile directly to someone as a gift, I can also add a card at your request. Don’t forget to send me the right address and a message for future mobile owner.
Please note that sometimes postal couriers may damage the package upon delivery. I do my best to protect your orders from damage in transit and pack them very carefully. But sometimes gift-wrapping can still be damaged.
