2 out of 5 starsSorry to leave a bad review but It took a month to receive the slippers and they are ok. Wider than I expected at the opening and also they are not so comfortable on the sole area they kind of hurt my feet.

How do I get the right Slippers size ?
To determine your Slippers size :
- Use a ruler or tape measurer to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe).
- Check our size conversion chart (available on our listing, second photo)
- Find the closest measurement, in cm, that is equal to or greater than the length of your foot. For example, if women feet measure 24 cm, the corresponding size is 8 US, 6 UK or 40 EU.
We have managed a size conversion chart with detailed procedure on how to measure your feet step by step and find the right slippers size.

How is a failed delivery processed?
Most of carrier delivery agents make three attempts to deliver a parcel and they require a signature upon delivery of parcel. The delivery agents will attempt to contact the recipient at the given contact number to rearrange a delivery. If the recipient failed to receive the package after the delivery agent’s delivery attempts, the package will goes to “over goods”. After failed delivery, we will send notification inviting customer to contact shipper and reschedule delivery or arrange pick up.
