5 out of 5 starsThe colour is the only reason I deducted a star. Buyer beware of descriptions as you can see in my photo it is not a gray throw with green undertones. In person, I consider it to be a light brown linen with a purple ish undertone. Great delivery and customer service. Despite the disappointment in colour, the item is of great quality and will consider purchasing items again when tones are not important

Shipping and tracking
Sometimes there are shipping delays due to various reasons so please keep in mind that I cannot guarantee exact delivery time. If you have come up with an order please be patient and keep on tracking. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
All orders are shipped via registered Priority Air Mail unless you upgrade to Express. I will provide a tracking number once the shipment is dispatched. Unfortunately tracking is not working in Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
For shipping I always use the address provided in your Etsy order so please make sure it is up to date. If you wish your order to be delivered to a different address please leave the note at the checkout. The buyer is responsible to provide the right address!
Returns and exchanges
By any reason you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, I guarantee a refund ONLY for the costs of the item (shipping costs are not refunded) and ONLY if the following requirements are fulfilled:
- the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, UNUSED;
- the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving an item;
- if you wish to return an item, please contact me before sending it back.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs (including customs duties if any applicable).
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Wholesale availability

Color discrepancies
Please keep in mind that different screens display colors differently. Colors and other characteristics you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product.
Images viewed on Apple / MAC screens often appear much brighter than they actually are.
Express / Expedited shipping
You can upgrade your shipping to Express and receive your order in 2-5 business days. Express shipping is provided by FedEx or DHL (signature is required). Please contact me regarding Express shipping and its price arrangement.
