Can I change my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Please be aware that we only have a very short window to make changes, therefore, we cannot guarantee that changes (including requests to cancel an order) can be made once an order has been placed. You will usually have a 1-hour window to make any changes to your order.

Can I change my shipping address?

We can only change the address if the shipping label has not yet created.

When do I receive my order?

We take about 2-5 (in average 3) business days to create the items. Then you should add shipping times (3-5 business days) on top of that.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

Because every one of our items is made-to-order, all sales are final.

Please be sure to consult the size chart before purchasing the item, to ensure your item will fit correctly.

Items will only be eligible for a replacement if they fall into one of the following categories:

What is the technology used for Shirts/Sweatshirts/Hoodies?

Direct-to-garment or DTG printing is a printing process that sprays water-based inks onto apparel using modified inkjet technology. Here are some of the pros of DTG printing: high-quality prints, full-color capability, environmentally friendly, soft feel and durability.

Are they stickers on Mugs?

They are not stickers. These are specialty coated mugs that come with a glazed ceramic surface ideal for retaining sublimation ink and prints. The sublimation process actually infuses the printed design into the coating of the mug so the mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe and will never fade or peel.

What are the apparel care instructions?

Please wash it inside-out, machine wash (max 40C or 105F), do not bleach, do not dryclean, do not iron over foil.
